はじめに

Introduction

「Yamanaka Terrace Basecamp」（以下「当キャンプ場」といいます）は、「Enjoy the outdoors」というYamanaka Terraceのコンセプトに基づき、2025年夏季限定でトライアル運営される少人数向けのキャンプスペースです。以下の利用規約は、当キャンプ場の利用者と当キャンプ場との契約内容を定めたものです。必ず事前にお読みいただき、同意のうえご利用ください。

The “Yamanaka Terrace Basecamp” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campground”) is a camp space for a small number of people that will be operated on a trial basis for the summer of 2025 based on the Yamanaka Terrace concept of “Enjoy the outdoors”. The following Terms and Conditions define the contract between the user of the campsite and the campsite. Please be sure to read and agree to them before using the campground.

1.ご利用対象者

1.Who is eligible to use this service

1. 当キャンプ場は、過去に一度でもYamanaka Terraceをご利用いただいたことがある方が1名以上含まれるご予約のみ承ります。
2. We only accept reservations that include at least one person who has used Yamanaka Terrace at least once before.
3. 全員が未利用の場合はご予約をお断りいたします。
4. Reservations will not be accepted if all members have not used the room.

2.ご予約と契約の成立

2.Reservation and contract formation

1. 利用契約は、お客様の申込みに対し当キャンプ場が受諾した時点で成立します。
2. The contract of use shall be concluded at the time of acceptance of the customer's application by the campsite.
3. 以下の情報をご予約時にご提供いただきます：

• 代表者氏名・連絡先
• Representative's name and contact information
• 利用希望日・時間
• Desired date and time of use
• 区画
• Section
• その他、当キャンプ場が必要と判断する事項
• Other matters deemed necessary by the campground
5. 原則として、クレジットカードによるオンライン決済で事前にお支払いください。支払いが確認できない場合、ご予約は無効となる場合があります。
6. As a general rule, please pay in advance via online payment by credit card. If payment cannot be confirmed, the reservation may become invalid.
　　　　

3.利用区画・設備

3.Plots and Facilities

1. 利用可能な区画は A / B / C の3区画です。1日3組限定となります。
2. Only 3 plots (A, B, and C) are available, limited to 3 couples per day.
3. 各区画には最大利用人数が設定されています。超える場合は別途1区画の追加予約が必要です。
4. The maximum number of users is set for each compartment. If the maximum number of users exceeds this limit, an additional reservation for one additional lot is required.
5. トイレ・シャワー・水場は、敷地内にある提携駐車場「Hygge Yamanakako」の設備をご利用ください。
6. Please use the facilities of the affiliated parking lot “Hygge Yamanakako” on the premises for toilets, showers, and water.
7. カフェ営業時間外は、Yamanaka Terraceの建物内設備は使用できません。
8. Facilities in the Yamanaka Terrace building are not available for use outside of café hours.

4.チェックイン・チェックアウト

• チェックイン時間：12:00〜
• Check-in time: 12:00~.
• チェックアウト時間：翌日 9:00 まで
• Check-out time: by 9:00 the next day
• ※チェックアウトの際のカフェスタッフへの対応は不要です。
• *No need to respond to the café staff at check-out.

5.利用料金とキャンセルポリシー

5.Fees and Cancellation Policy

1. 利用料金は、平日／土日祝／ピーク時で異なります。詳細は予約ページをご確認ください。
2. Fees differ for weekdays/weekends/holidays/peak hours. Please check the reservation page for details.
3. 追加料金は最大人数以内であれば発生しません。
4. No additional charges will be incurred as long as the maximum number of people is kept within the maximum number.
5. キャンセル規定は以下の通りです：

• 前日までのキャンセル連絡：全額返金
• Cancellation notice up to the day before: full refund
• 当日キャンセル・無断キャンセル：返金不可
• Same-day cancellation and no-show cancellation: non-refundable

6.レンタル・備品

1. 当キャンプ場ではレンタル品の提供は行っておりません。必要な道具はすべてご持参ください。
2. The campground does not provide rental items. Please bring all necessary equipment with you.
3. 備品・設置物はその用途以外に使用せず、破損や持ち出しは固くお断りします。
4. Equipment and installations are to be used only for their intended purpose and are strictly prohibited from being damaged or taken out of the building.

7.ご利用上のマナーとルール

7.Manners and Rules of Use

1. 火器の使用は所定エリアに限ります。直火は禁止です。
2. The use of firearms is limited to designated areas. Open flame is prohibited.
3. 敷地内での喫煙は不可となります。
4. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
5. 夜間の大声・音楽など、他のお客様への迷惑行為は禁止です。
6. Loud voices, music, and other disruptive behavior to other guests at night are prohibited.
7. 以下の物品は持ち込み禁止です：

• 火薬等の危険物
• Hazardous materials such as explosives
• 動物（補助犬を除く）
• Animals (excluding assistance dogs)
• 悪臭を放つもの、大量の物品
• Stinky odor, large quantity of items
• 法令により所持が禁止されている武器類
• Weapons whose possession is prohibited by law
9. 許可なく物販・展示等の営業行為を行うことはできません。
10. No business activities such as selling or displaying goods are allowed without permission.
11. 外来者を無断で区画内に招くことはお控えください。
12. Please refrain from inviting unauthorized visitors to the plot.
13. ゴミは持ち帰るか、指定方法で処分をお願いいたします。
14. Please take your garbage home with you or dispose of it in the designated manner.
15. 落とし物・忘れ物について、保管は一定期間とし、処分することがあります。
16. Lost and found items will be kept for a certain period of time and may be disposed of.

8.責任と賠償

8.Liability and indemnity

1. 当キャンプ場の敷地内における事故・けが・盗難・トラブル等について、一切の責任を負いかねます。お客様ご自身の責任において、安全管理および体調管理をお願いいたします。
2. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or problems on our campground grounds. Please manage your own safety and physical condition at your own risk.
3. お客様の故意または過失により施設が損害を被った場合、修繕費用等を請求する場合があります。
4. If the facility suffers damage due to the intentional or negligent act of a guest, we may charge the cost of repair or other expenses.
5. 現金や貴重品の保管は自己責任でお願いします。施設ではお預かりできません。
6. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your cash and valuables. We cannot keep your valuables at the facility.
7. 駐車場の利用に関して、車両の管理責任は利用者にあります（破損・盗難等について施設は責任を負いません）。
8. The user is responsible for the management of the vehicle with regard to the use of the parking lot (the facility is not responsible for damage, theft, etc.).

1. 天候、設備点検、災害等により、予告なく休業またはキャンセルとなる場合があります。
2. The tour may be closed or cancelled without notice due to weather, facility inspections, disasters, etc.
3. 利用契約成立後、施設の都合により提供が困難になった場合は、返金をもって対応させていただきます。違約金等は発生しません。
4. In the event that the facility is unable to provide the service for any reason after the contract for use has been concluded, a refund will be issued. No penalty will be charged.

10.利用の流れ

1. WEBサイトより事前予約
2. Advance reservations through the website
3. 当日、Yamanaka Terraceの駐車場へお車で来場
4. On the day of the event, please come to the parking lot of Yamanaka Terrace by car.
5. 12時以降にカフェ棟スタッフへお声がけしチェックイン
6. Please ask a staff member in the cafe building to check in after 12:00 p.m.
7. ご説明のうえ、区画にて設営・滞在
8. Set up and stay at the plot after explanation
9. 翌朝9:00までに撤収・ご退場（受付不要）
10. Removal and exit by 9:00 a.m. the following morning (no reception required)
